Classes

Flying Trapeze n. (trap - ease)
          1. The flying trapeze is a specific form of the trapeze in which a
          performer jumps from a platform with the trapeze so that gravity
          makes the trapeze swing.

Beginner Aerial n.
          1. Aerial performance executed in the air, suspended on apparatus
          such as silk, corde lisse, hoop, & static trapeze.

Beginner Silk n.
          1. Aerial Fabric (also known as fabric, ribbon, or tissu) is a type
          of aerial acrobatics performed while suspended by a fabric flowing
          from the air. The performer uses the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall,
           swing, and spiral their body into and out of various positions.

Intermediate Silk n.
           1. Aerial Fabric for the Intermediate student who has mastery of:
           Climb and descent safely three times in a row,
           Mid-Air Straddle Climb, Knee Hook (with single hand on fabric),
           Mid-Air Double-Foot locks.

Aerial Conditioning n.
           1. The building-block of aerial acrobatics, heavily focused on
           strength training & extending flexibility.

Circus Taster n.
           1. Buffet & survey the circus experience:
           half flying trapeze, half introductory aerial,
           have the greatest time of your life.

Acrobalance n.
           1. an acrobatic art that combines elements of two other arts:
           adagio and hand balancing.
           Adagio consists of partner lifts while hand balancing
           is the art of performing acrobatic maneuvers
           while supported wholly by your hands or arms.
           A performer on the ground doing the lifting and supporting
           in an acrobalance formation is often called the base,
           while a performer being lifted or tossed can be referred to as the flyer (or flier).

Aerial Playground n.
           1. Learn the basics of aerial, play like a kid.

Cancellation Policy
Because our classes fill up... and there’s nothing worse than not being able to bring
all your friends to class because it was supposed to be full...
We require 48-hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your reservation, otherwise you are responsible for the cost of the class.
We require 72-hours notice for groups that have booked a private class or that have reserved every space available in a class.
