Duo Basics
This class is an introduction to doubles work using various aerial apparatuses- the hoop primarily, static trapeze as well, and rope and silk if you are interested. Bring a partner or come alone! Bruce and Simonne will facilitate this class with different guest teachers each week.
Below are some fun pictures of doubles work by some of our instructors in performance and students playing with what they’ve learned. Whether it be partners, friends, or lovahs, for an audience or at home, doubles work is titillating fun and an extraordinary way to get exercise.
