Beginner Hoop

Appropriate for beginning to intermediate aerial students, this class provides you with the essentials of working on hoop, also known as lyra or circeau.  Students work at their own pace with instructor supervision to learn and practice ascents, descents, hangs, moves, and transitions.  Learn basic moves, add the spin, and make them your own reinvention.  Class focuses on technique, showmanship, and creating choreography.

Class includes full warm up.  Please bring water and a training notebook to record sequences if desired.

Prerequisites:
-Students must be able to invert
-Students must have at least minimal conditioning
