Advanced Hoop Series

New workshop series! Looking to take your hoop basics to the next level? Want to develop your tricks further with smooth transitions and fancy spins? This class is for you!

This 5 week series is designed specifically for the emerging performer. We'll learn more complex tricks and transitions, spin options, and explore the fundamentals of act creation and choreography. Focus is on strong technique, movement quality, and showmanship.

Students should warm up their shoulders, splits, and backs before class. Warm-up is NOT INCLUDED so we can jump right into the fun stuff! Please bring water and a training notebook if desired.

Prerequisites:
-Instructor approval required
-Students must have an understanding and proficiency of basic hoop vocabulary
