Beginner Silk

Silk is a challenging yet beautiful and versatile apparatus.
In this class we learn basic climbs, locks, hangs, inversions and wraps. We begin and end with conditioning drills, dance technique, and flexibility training. We learn to move safely, confidently and beautifully on the fabric.

Prerequisites:
None!
(Must be 14 years or older)

Monday 5:00 - 7:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday 7:00 - 9:00pm
Sunday 1:00 - 3:00pm

2 Hour Class* - $30
